Chef Franson Nwaeze, drawing from his Nigerian roots and his remarkable journey from aspiring pilot to celebrated chef, has crafted a menu that showcases the vibrant flavors and techniques of West African cuisine. Each dish tells a story of tradition, innovation, and the universal language of food.

Featured specials include:

Spicy Goat Stew with Jollof Rice ($26) – A beloved dish featuring tender goat meat slowly simmered with aromatic spices, served alongside the iconic West African jollof rice and sweet plantains.

Egusi Soup with Pounded Yams ($25) – This authentic delicacy combines melon seeds with a medley of stock fish, dried fish, turkey, and goat meat, accompanied by traditional pounded yams.

Tender Cooked Oxtail ($31) – A masterpiece of slow-cooking, the oxtail is braised to perfection and served with spicy African sauce and fragrant coconut rice.

“These dishes represent not just meals, but memories and traditions passed down through generations,” says Chef Franson Nwaeze. “Each recipe carries the essence of my childhood in Nigeria and my culinary journey across continents.”

The special menu will be available from February 7th through the end of the month (excluding Valentine’s Day dinner service), while supplies last. Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone.
