HOLLYWOOD, FL, November 07, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Imperial Fund gets listed on THE OCMX™

Imperial Fund, with its $3.5 billion AUM, strives to generate attractive risk- adjusted returns, while driving long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in high- quality, non-QM loans. Imperial Fund is supported by the infrastructure, scale, and expertise of AD Mortgage which provides a robust pipeline of high-quality loans tailored to meet Imperial Fund’s desired profile.

The team utilizes securitization (~$400M every 50 days) to secure term financing on a programmatic basis to continue to grow its target asset portfolio of loans in the rapidly- growing non-QM market segment.

The OCMX™ is pleased to announce the listing of Imperial Fund to its online portal which offers financial networks the ability to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

The OCMX™ has spent considerable time completing its due diligence on Imperial Fund and concluded that there is indeed a tremendous potential for this company.

The OCMX™ noted that Imperial Fund exhibits the main components of any solid opportunity, namely a solid management team, a great track record, and several key competitive advantages.

We provide self-employed individuals, real estate investors, wealthy foreign nationals, celebrities, professional athletes and high net worth individuals the ability to purchase real estate in the United States without W-2 income. Borrowers are instead qualified via bank statements or by their business’ profit and loss for loans on residential real estate.

Without Non-QM lenders a large population of qualified borrowers would lose access to mortgage financing in America. Imperial Fund’s strategy is to build and organically grow an origination platform whose primary focus is the rapidly growing Non Agency / Non QM product sector created by Dodd – Frank where borrowers with strong credit profiles cannot qualify for conventional loans.

• AUM of USD 3.5B; Securitizations of USD 2.8B
• Lines of Credit of USD 620M
• Management Capital Commitments of USD 60M+
• 84.95% of Securitization program are Senior Tranches with preliminary Ratings from AAA to A

Imperial Fund and its origination partner AD Mortgage are slowly gaining market share and becoming the largest Non-QM issuer/originator duo in the U.S. Both firms have gained market share rapidly over the last 18 months and continue to be two of the most recognizable names within this space.

We seek to achieve attractive risk adjusted returns by exploiting inefficiencies in the residential real estate lending market. We employ research-based investment, financing and asset management approaches designed to minimize risk while maximizing returns to investors. We apply our deep understanding of credit risk management and underwriting process on loan level and market data to determine appropriate risk-based pricing.
