New researcher will manage and expand firm’s agent-based models

BOULDER, CO, December 01, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — Fabric, an institutional-grade risk management software provider for financial advisors and their clients, announced Dhruv Sharma has joined as model researcher. Sharma recently received a doctorate in statistical physics from Ecole Normale Superieure under the guidance of Profs. Jean-Philippe Bouchaud and Francesco Zamponi. With a background at the intersection of physics and economics, he will manage and expand Fabric’s agent-based models.

Before joining Fabric, Sharma researched the application of statistical physics to agent-based modeling under the guidance of Bouchaud, who employs agent-based models in financial markets and other applications.
