First 100 guests to receive Free Ice Cream For a Year on July 6
LAS VEGAS, NV, June 29, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, the #1 ice cream on the planet, is continuing its expansion in Nevada with its newest opening in Las Vegas. The Entertainment Capital of the World is welcoming a third location this July. A grand opening celebration for the Crossroad Commons store is slated for July 6 and Handel’s will be giving away Free Ice Cream for a year to the first 100 guests. The new Handel’s is located at 8975 West Charleston Blvd. Suite 170, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117. The grand opening celebration will kick off at 11 a.m. and will also feature giveaways & surprises.
Franchise owners Jerry and Mandy Trotter will be leading the Crossroad Commons Handel’s. Jerry Trotter is a corporate accountant and an Army veteran. Mandy Trotter specializes in operations and adult education and training. The Trotters previously resided in Utah and now live in Las Vegas.”
“When we first went to Handel’s in Sandy, UT, we fell in love with the ice cream. Then, Handel’s came to our town and our daughter started working there. In our many visits to the store, we became fascinated with the operations and decided that this was something we wanted to do together,” said Jerry Trotter, Co-Owner of the Crossroad Commons Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream. “We chose Crossroad Commons specifically because it is a busy shopping center with a wide variety of retail and restaurants in close proximity. The one thing they were missing was dessert, so we knew we would be a perfect fit.”
The Trotters credit other Handel’s franchisees for pushing them toward becoming owners. They contacted West Coast franchisees and stated that in addition to helping answer their many questions about the brand, they also had rave reviews to share.
The Crossroad Commons Handel’s boasts 1,735 sq. ft. and is a walk-in location. The store will feature local flavors including Black Cherry, Buckeye, Coffee Chocolate Chip, Graham Central Station, Oree-Dough, Salty Caramel Truffle, and more. The store will also offer pickup, delivery, and catering.
The new location will be open daily from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
