‘Close-to-Life Contact-Free Leading Service Project’, in which the company is participating for the second year, has been implemented since last year. SMSOFT plans to promote the production and supply of AR educational content as a new business through NIPA’s ‘Close-to-Life Contact-Free Leading Service Project’. The user base for AR and VR content, which is expected to develop at a tremendous speed based on 5G technology, is lacking. SMSOFT is developing AR-based educational content with the theme of cooking education. With this, it becomes possible to recognize food ingredients using the spatial recognition function of AR glasses, which will provide more information to users. It can be used where various educational content production and field training are required.
SMSOFT owns intellectual property rights, including 12 registered patents, 10 GS (Good Software) certifications, and 36 patent applications. They have also received 10 certifications for being professional companies, including K-Global 300, Promising Small and Medium Enterprises, INNOBIZ, and Excellent Small Giant Enterprises.
