ATLANTA, GA, June 19, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — TEDxAtlanta, Georgia’s largest TED affiliate, today announced that tickets are now available for TEDxAtlanta 2026 and the inaugural TEDxAtlanta Youth conference, taking place Oct. 2–3, 2026, at Atlanta International School’s Sandy Springs campus.
Centered on the theme, “Bold. Brave. Unbreakable.”, the 2026 edition will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, community builders, and storytellers exploring ideas that change everything.
The 2026 season also marks the debut of TEDxAtlanta Youth, one of the Southeast’s newest platforms dedicated to elevating youth voices and ideas. Designed for speakers ages 16 to 23, TEDxAtlanta Youth will showcase the perspectives of a generation coming of age amid rapid advances in technology, shifting social norms, economic uncertainty, and unprecedented opportunities for impact.
While young people are often the subject of conversations about the future, they are rarely invited to lead them. TEDxAtlanta Youth aims to change that.
“Some of the most important ideas about the future are coming from the generation that will live that future longest,” said Jacqui Chew, TEDxAtlanta licensee. “TEDxAtlanta Youth creates a platform for young people to contribute their ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape the conversations that will define the decades ahead.”
TEDxAtlanta Youth will take place on the afternoon of Saturday, Oct. 3, immediately following the TEDxAtlanta MainStage program, creating a unique opportunity for attendees to experience ideas from established leaders and emerging voices in a single day.
In addition to launching TEDxAtlanta Youth, the organization is significantly expanding its conference experience through the introduction of Explore Sessions.
Designed to complement the TED-style talks, Explore Sessions give attendees opportunities to engage more deeply with ideas through conversation, creative expression, and hands-on learning.
Explore Sessions 2026 programming formats will include:
– Interactive workshops and facilitated learning experiences
– A second stage featuring guided conversations
– The return of the ever popular Refresh Room designed for introverts and those looking to rejuvenate the body and mind through guided reflections
Together, the TED-style talks and Explore Sessions transform TEDxAtlanta from a conference attendees watch into an experience they actively participate in.
For more than 16 years, TEDxAtlanta has convened curious minds, bold thinkers, and engaged residents around ideas that change everything. More than 260 talks and performances have been shared and the platform has grown into one of the Southeast’s leading forums for innovation, creativity, and meaningful dialogue.
